Permanent position at Twoday | Copenhagen
Marketing & Communications Coordinator – Business Applications
Are you organised, creative and good at making things happen? Would you like to work with events, social media, communications and marketing at an exciting IT company? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.
At Twoday, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver our many marketing and communications activities within Business Applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, AI and intelligent business solutions.
We have a wealth of expertise, exciting customers, talented colleagues and great stories to share. We’re looking for someone who can help us stay organised, coordinate activities and turn ideas into action.
In short, we’re looking for a versatile and engaged colleague who’s happy to take on both creative and practical tasks.
A varied role with plenty of collaboration
You’ll be part of the marketing and communications work within Business Applications, collaborating with colleagues in business development, sales and our consulting teams, as well as Twoday’s central Marketing & Communications team.
Your main responsibility will be to help coordinate and deliver our activities, making sure we complete both the creative and practical tasks.
You’ll help us:
Coordinate events: Manage invitations, registrations, venues, materials and practical arrangements for webinars, customer events, conferences and workshops.
Gather stories: Collect input, photos and stories from our consultants, salespeople and managers to showcase exciting projects, customer partnerships and initiatives.
Create communications: Draft news, LinkedIn posts, internal stories and other content, based on input from colleagues and our marketing team.
Support campaigns and marketing activities: Help deliver campaigns, including coordination, mailings, updates and follow-up.
Manage social media: Prepare and coordinate content, particularly for LinkedIn, in collaboration with our subject matter experts and marketing team.
Create and update marketing materials: Help prepare presentations, customer stories, newsletters, product descriptions and other sales and marketing materials.
Support internal communications: Share news, events and great stories across our organisation and locations.
Maintain the marketing calendar: Keep track of activities, deadlines and tasks, and follow up to help ensure we deliver what we’ve planned.
Your days will be varied. One day, you might be preparing for a customer event. The next, you could be gathering material for a customer story, preparing LinkedIn posts or updating a presentation.
As you get to know our business, colleagues and processes, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.
Who are you?
We imagine you’re a positive, curious and organised person who enjoys a varied working day and a range of different tasks.
You don’t need to be a marketing expert or already know our technologies. What matters most is that you’re keen to learn, enjoy working with others and like helping turn ideas and plans into action.
We particularly value that you:
Are organised and good at keeping track of tasks, agreements and deadlines.
Write well in Danish and, ideally, English.
Are interested in communications, social media and digital marketing.
Enjoy working with text, images and presentations.
Are service-minded and enjoy supporting colleagues across the organisation.
Are curious and comfortable asking questions and trying new tasks.
Like a mix of creative, coordinating and practical work.
You don’t need to have done it all before. Experienced colleagues will offer guidance and support. Above all, we’re looking for enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a desire to develop.
Your background
You may have a relevant qualification in marketing, communications, digital commerce or a similar field, and be at the start of your career. You may also have gained relevant experience through a student job, internship or your first role.
It would be an advantage if you have experience with some of the following:
Coordinating events, webinars or other activities.
Social media and content creation, especially for LinkedIn.
Newsletters and email marketing, for example using HubSpot.
Updating websites and landing pages.
Graphic design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
Basic image editing, photography or video editing.
AI tools that can help with writing, images and everyday tasks.
You don’t need experience in all these areas. We’re more interested in your willingness to learn and your ability to create structure and support others than in a long list of previous experience.
Become part of something bigger
Business Applications is an important part of Twoday. We help companies develop and digitalise their businesses through solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Customer Engagement, AI and automation.
We have strong ambitions to continue developing our position in the market through effective solutions, satisfied customers, talented employees and new technological opportunities.
You’ll join an exciting professional environment where you can learn about marketing, technology and business development. You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and play an important part in helping us deliver our activities.
You’ll also work closely with Twoday’s central marketing team, where you can get professional guidance, support and inspiration.
Your primary workplace will be our office in Odense, though you should be happy to visit our other locations occasionally and help at events around the country.
We offer an informal workplace with talented and engaged colleagues, an open atmosphere, and room for good ideas and humour.
Will you be our new colleague?
Can you see yourself in this role, and would you like to help raise the profile of our work and bring even more of our activities to life?
We look forward to hearing from you.
We review applications and invite candidates to interview on an ongoing basis.
