Delivery Lead & Senior Technical Consultant – Digital Health

Twoday is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to take a central role in a large, business-critical public-sector IT delivery in Copenhagen.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will lead Twoday's day-to-day delivery organisation while also contributing as a senior technical consultant in one of the delivery's technical roles.

The assignment involves multiple suppliers working together in shared agile teams. You will be responsible for creating the structure, collaboration and technical direction needed for the organisation to deliver as one.

What you will do

• Lead Twoday's consultants across multiple agile teams

• Ensure strong delivery, quality, prioritisation and team performance

• Establish effective ways of working across suppliers

• Coordinate dependencies, risks, staffing and delivery commitments

• Act as the daily customer contact for the delivery

• Support onboarding, transition and knowledge transfer

• Drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement

• Participate in steering and cross-supplier forums

• Contribute hands-on in one of the technical roles within the delivery

Your technical role

Alongside the Delivery Lead responsibility, you must have sufficient current technical depth to contribute in one of these areas:

• Solution Architecture

• Backend Development

• Full Stack Development

• Frontend Development

• DevOps / Platform Engineering

• Quality Engineering / Test Automation

What we are looking for

• Significant experience leading complex software deliveries

• Experience leading multiple agile development teams

• Strong experience with multi-supplier or multi-vendor delivery

• Experience establishing governance, processes and quality practices

• Strong stakeholder and leadership communication

• Broad technical understanding of modern software engineering

• Experience with public-sector or similarly regulated environments

• A pragmatic and collaborative leadership style

• Fluent Danish and English

Experience from healthcare or other business-critical regulated domains is an advantage.

The role is full-time onsite in Copenhagen and requires availability at short notice.

You will be permanently employed by Twoday and become part of our Digital Engineering organisation.
