Your mission
We are looking for a Growth Lead to take ownership of our self-service channel.
This is a senior, head-of-level individual contributor role with P&L responsibility. You will own the commercial development of an important channel covering website sign-ups, online checkout, free trials, product-led sales, inbound SMB sales and digital acquisition.
This is not just a performance marketing role. It is a business ownership role for someone who happens to be excellent at performance marketing.
What you will do
Own the P&L for the self-service channel, including revenue, costs, marketing spend and profitability.
Build and execute the growth strategy for SMB acquisition and conversion.
Manage performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, retargeting, email and lifecycle campaigns.
Improve the full funnel from traffic and landing pages to sign-up, checkout, onboarding, activation and paid conversion.
Work with pricing, packaging, messaging, campaign structure and conversion rate optimisation.
Own performance reporting, attribution, tracking and funnel analytics.
Work hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, paid media platforms, landing pages and dashboards.
Collaborate with Product on the commercial roadmap for the self-service channel.
Use AI tools actively for research, campaign development, creative testing, content production, analysis and automation.
What we are looking for
A senior performance marketing or growth profile with head-of-level capability.
Proven experience driving digital acquisition, conversion and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of SMB acquisition, self-service funnels and SaaS or software business models.
Ability to think like a business owner, not only a channel specialist.
Strong technical marketing skills across analytics, attribution, tracking, paid media, CRM and funnel optimisation.
Experience with pricing, packaging, onboarding flows or product-led growth is a strong advantage.
High-level English skills; Danish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
A structured, analytical and commercially ambitious working style.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong view on how AI can improve modern growth work.
What we offer in twoday Digital Identity Management
You will get ownership of a strategically important commercial channel with direct P&L responsibility and high visibility. We offer a competitive package, pension, health insurance, lunch scheme, equipment, phone, internet and fantastic office surroundings at Sundkaj in Nordhavn — plus Friday bars, parties and employee events.
What can we offer?
twoday is located in modern offices in 30 locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We have a strong and unique social environment with highly engaged employees. If you are the candidate we are looking for, you will have a central role with exciting opportunities to develop in an international and innovative group, with exciting products and services within technology and software. You will also have the flexibility to "jump" and work from one of our headquarters in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Vilnius at times.
Diversity & Inclusion
Are you not meeting all the requirements listed? Studies have shown that women and other minority groups are less likely to apply for a job if they don't meet every qualification. We're dedicated to build a workplace of diversity and inclusion. If you are excited about this role but your previous experience does not match the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
