About the role
We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Product Support Engineer to join our team in Nordhavn. In this role, you will support and troubleshoot issues related to our own software products, ensuring high-quality experiences for our customers and users. You will act as a key link between users, product teams, and engineering, helping to resolve issues and improve our solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for our products and services
• Investigate and troubleshoot application, integration, and environment-related issues
• Handle incoming support requests via ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and bugs
• Reproduce and document issues clearly for engineering teams
• Monitor system behaviour and identify recurring issues or improvement areas
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge bases
• Support onboarding of new customers/users to our products
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and product quality
About you
• Experience in a Product Support-, Technical Support or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills within software applications and systems
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, or integrations is a plus
• Familiarity with structured support processes and ticketing systems
• Ability to analyse issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Service-minded with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English and Danish
• Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level
