AI-Assisted Quality & Test Specialist (Technical QA)
Twoday is looking for a technically strong Quality & Test Specialist to join a public sector modernisation programme. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex digital systems through structured validation, technical testing, and AI-assisted quality practices.
The programme focuses on modernising a large and complex system landscape while exploring how AI technologies can support development, testing, and documentation in a controlled and responsible way.
You will work closely with developers, architects, and domain experts to ensure that systems behave correctly across integrations, data flows, and business processes.
Your role
As a technical Quality & Test Specialist, you will work hands-on with both analysis and technical validation across the development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Designing and implementing test scenarios and automated tests based on requirements, rules, and business processes
• Reviewing and validating AI-generated test scenarios and outputs
• Analysing system integrations, dependencies, and data flows to ensure correct system behaviour
• Working with developers to ensure testability, code quality, and early defect prevention
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Using AI tools to support test generation, validation, and documentation
• Ensuring traceability between requirements, test coverage, and system behaviour
• Identifying risks, edge cases, and gaps in test coverage
What we are looking for
We are looking for a profile who combines technical understanding with strong analytical skills.
Ideally, you have experience with several of the following:
• Experience with technical testing, test automation, or software development
• Ability to translate business rules and requirements into testable solutions and automated tests
• Experience with test frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) or similar tools
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, or similar
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing, prompting, or development tools
You are comfortable working close to code and able to understand, validate, and challenge technical implementations.
Fluent Danish is required.
