Solution Architect for Cloud and Infrastructure Transformation

Would you like to shape and design the digital solutions of the future in the public sector?

At Twoday, we help public organisations modernise their system landscapes, migrate solutions to the cloud, and build robust digital platforms. We are looking for a hands-on and versatile Solution Architect who can take ownership of solution design and work closely with both development teams and stakeholders in complex transformation projects.

Your role

As a Solution Architect at Twoday, you will work closely with development teams, project managers and clients to design and realise modern, scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing solution architecture for cloud-based and hybrid environments

• Translating business requirements into concrete technical designs

• Working closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation

• Designing integrations and ensuring coherence across systems

• Supporting cloud migration and modernisation of existing systems

• Ensuring that security, compliance and operational requirements are built into solutions

• Contributing to solution design in tenders and proposals

• Acting as a key technical advisor within project teams

You will play a central role in bridging architecture and delivery, ensuring that solutions are both technically sound and aligned with business needs.

Who you are

We expect that you:

• Have experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar hands-on architectural role

• Have worked with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or hybrid environments)

• Have experience designing and delivering solutions in complex system landscapes

• Are comfortable working close to development teams and understanding implementation details

• Can translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions

• Have experience with integrations, APIs and distributed systems

• Thrive in a consultancy role with varied projects and clients

Experience from public sector projects or regulated environments is an advantage.
