Strategic Project Manager for Cloud and Digital Transformation Projects in the Public Sector
Would you like to lead complex digital transformation projects that modernise public sector IT?
At Twoday, we work closely with public organisations to modernise system landscapes, migrate solutions to the cloud, and develop new digital platforms. We are now looking for a strategic and versatile Project Manager who can drive complex projects at the intersection of technology, business and governance.
Your role
As a Strategic Project Manager at Twoday, you will play a key role in our deliveries to public sector clients. You will lead projects where modern technology meets complex organisational environments.
Your responsibilities may include:
Leading digitalisation and transformation projects within public organisations
Managing projects involving cloud migration, platformisation and modernisation of system landscapes
Coordinating across architects, development teams, operations and business stakeholders
Leading projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders
Managing governance, risks, budgets and delivery progress
Advising clients on project models, delivery structures and decision-making frameworks
Contributing to proposals, tenders and solution design
You may take on both traditional project management roles and more strategic roles within larger programmes.
About you
We expect that you:
Have solid experience managing IT or software development projects
Have worked with public sector clients or large regulated organisations
Have experience delivering complex projects involving multiple vendors
Have worked with cloud, system landscape modernisation or digital transformation
Can navigate both agile and traditional project delivery models
Are strong in stakeholder management, including at leadership level
Thrive in a consultancy role with varied clients and projects
Experience with public sector frameworks such as the IT Project Model, the Danish IT Council or government standard contracts is an advantage, but not a requirement.
