What we offer
As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to define workforce needs and deliver great candidate experiences. You will join our Talent Acquisition team where we collaborate across borders and are anchored locally. This position is in our DK recruitment team, based in Sundkaj, Copenhagen. You will be responsible for hiring the very best talent and you will be instrumental in the organization's growth.
With Twoday being present in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Lithuania you will be working in a multi-national environment where we will make you feel welcome and be fully engaged in your successful transitioning into your new role and our company.
Key responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for coordinating the full cycle of recruitment from the initial startup meetings to assessments and reference checks, in close partnership with hiring leaders. We strive to ensure that we deliver a smooth recruitment process and a great candidate experience and here you will be our guiding star.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Develop a close relationship with hiring leaders
Work closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs in the business area
Drive the recruitment process to deliver a great candidate and hiring leader process
Deliver the recruitment target within the agreed time frame and quality standards
Bring expertise within talent acquisition
Know what successful candidates look like
Be active in terms of innovative ways to reach candidates such as improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing
Ensure sufficient planning and organization of own work, whilst reporting on issues and processes
Preferably have a good understanding and experience with TeamTailor
Be the Twoday face to potential new colleagues

Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities

Be a team player
Contribute to cross-border and cross-business area teamwork

We are looking for
We are looking for a curious team player with a can-do attitude, a colleague who thrives in a changing environment and who is looking for a challenge beyond the ordinary - a person who wants to and can make an impact.
We need you to have experience with in-house recruitment and sourcing of both active and passive candidates. You have a sound knowledge of “what good looks like” when it comes to talent acquisition practices.
It is an absolute plus with working experience from tech environments, possibly IT consulting, and a proven track record on how to deliver on ambitious recruitment targets and stakeholder expectations.
You are self-motivated with a high drive, you take accountability and execute efficiently, balancing execution between new digital ways, proven frameworks and pragmatism.
You are a strong communicator and master the English and Danish languages verbally and written. Needless to say you are a skilled user of Word, Powerpoint etc.

1. Screening
Our Talent Acquisition team reviews your application and assesses your match with the role.
2. First Interview
A competency‑based interview conducted either online or in person.
3. Final Interview
An in‑depth conversation with the hiring manager and a senior profile. This interview is held in person at our office.
