Addo Sign – Copenhagen / Nordhavn (Onsite)
We are looking, on behalf of Addo Sign (part of Twoday Products), for a Marketing Specialist – Performance, SEO/GEO & Automation – with strong technical and analytical skills. You will primarily work with Addo Sign and take ownership of our SEO/GEO efforts, with a focus on AI-driven search behaviour, strengthening our marketing automation, ensuring accurate tracking and data quality, and building a solid, scalable foundation for our marketing and go-to-market activities.
The role is central to the continued development of Addo Sign’s marketing setup across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and is suited to someone who sees marketing as a discipline rooted in systems, architecture, and business enablement.
You will be part of the Strategic Team Growth
You will join our cross-functional growth team, where marketing, sales, and customer success work closely together towards one shared goal: creating sustainable growth by delivering clear, trustworthy, and seamless digital experiences throughout the entire customer journey – before, during, and after a customer becomes a customer.
In this role, you will act as the team’s technical and analytical hub, responsible for connecting data, insights, and actions across marketing, sales, and customer experience. You will have significant influence on how our marketing engine is built, measured, and continuously improved.
Your key responsibilities
SEO/GEO-driven visibility
· Develop and maintain SEO/GEO strategies with a focus on AI and modern search behaviour
· Work with technical SEO/GEO, information architecture, and semantic structure
· Ensure that content and websites are optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines
· Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards for organic traffic, visibility, and conversion
Marketing automation & data flows
· Develop and optimise flows in HubSpot – including nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle logic
· Build data-driven customer journeys that support activation, conversion, and retention
· Analyse performance and continuously optimise email and automation efforts
· Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success in both data and processes
Tracking, data & performance
· Overall responsibility for GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
· Ensure high data quality and accurate measurement across channels and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and organic traffic)
· Develop dashboards and reporting structures
· Advise marketing and sales based on data, analysis, and pipeline insights
Marketing performance architecture
· Establish and further develop the foundation of Addo Sign’s marketing setup
· Work with attribution, performance models, and funnel insights
· Identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and new channel potential
· Contribute to structure, scalability, and maturity in our marketing operations
Content, market and collaboration
· Contribute strategically to how content supports visibility, conversion, and user journeys
· Apply knowledge of the Nordic SaaS market and contribute with relevant, targeted communication across markets
· Collaborate on content in Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian – native proficiency in one of these languages is an advantage, but not a requirement
Who you are

· You have experience in one or more of the following areas: SEO, AI-driven SEO, marketing automation, tracking, data analysis, or marketing performance
· You have a technical understanding of tools and concepts such as HTML, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data flows
· You are comfortable taking ownership and enjoy building scalable systems
· You see marketing as a discipline that connects business, technology, and customer experience
· You are curious about tools, data, and new ways of working with visibility and performance
