To support our expanding organisation and evolving people strategy, we are now looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who thrives in an international environment and brings experience from organisations undergoing significant change.
In this role, you will lead and shape our global TA agenda and ensure we attract the best tech and business talent across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with the local TA teams, executive leadership and People & Culture department to develop scalable, forward-thinking recruitment practices that align with our ambitious goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of twoday’s Talent Acquisition operating model across all countries and business functions.
- Partner with senior business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive consistency and efficiency in TA processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Implement scalable sourcing strategies for consultant hiring, niche roles, and leadership positions.
- Lead the execution of twoday’s Graduate Programme, from attraction to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team, marketing, and local teams on initiatives that strengthen our employer brand.
- Ensure selection, implementation and optimization of TA tools and system.
- Define and drive TA performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance, stakeholder satisfaction).
- Lead, manage, coach the TA team and foster a collaborative, performance-oriented culture across the TA function.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience building or transforming Talent Acquisition functions, across multiple countries.
- Deep understanding of recruitment practices in IT consulting or technology services.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Skilled in recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and operational KPIs.
- Comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Teamtailor, Workday).
- Fluent in English (Nordic languages is a plus).
- Will be able to travel across twoday's offices approx. 4-6 times per year.
About the role
Our Talent Acquisition team consists of 15 dedicated professionals, evenly spread across five countries. They work closely with leaders across all levels of twoday, acting as trusted advisors and playing a key role in attracting the right people to support our continued growth.
To succeed as Head of Talent Acquisition at twoday, you will play a key role in unifying and scaling our TA function across five countries. Following several acquisitions and with ambitious growth targets ahead, we need to establish a centralized operating model and consistent, high-quality recruitment processes across all markets.
Your success will be defined by your ability to build and lead a high-performing international TA team, drive standardization, and ensure we attract top talent efficiently and effectively. Improving hiring speed and quality will be key, as will your ability to support the broader business in reaching its strategic goals.
A strong partnership with the business is essential — understanding local needs, aligning talent priorities with company objectives, and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across markets. In addition, driving the successful implementation and adoption of recruitment technologies will be critical to enabling scalability, data-driven decisions, and a seamless candidate experience.
This role with be an essential part of the People & Culture Leadership Team and will be reporting to the Chief People Officer in twoday.
