About the Role
In order to strengthen our collaboration and deliveries across business domains we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our advisory unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple IT tracks across various business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex programs. The right candidate will contribute to the continued development of tools and material to support the Program Management area.
Your Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their requirements.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, risks, and opportunities.
Who You Are
- We believe that the ideal candidate has experience from projects and project organisations within Information Technology and holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar assignments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
