Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid marketing strategies across multiple channels and countries. You will work closely with our operations, product, and sales teams to ensure that our campaigns support our objectives. It is essential to have courage and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Develop and implement actions for paid ads, website, and SEO while supporting other business areas to communicate new releases, ensure customer engagement, and generate leads for our sales department.
- Based on our Ideal Customer Profile, create campaigns that engage both SMB and Enterprise customers in the Nordic countries.
Platform Management:
- Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Set up and optimize campaign budgets and strategic direction.
- Conduct A/B testing and leverage data to continuously improve performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports with visual insights for management and other stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Generate leads and potential lead lists for sales, provide customers with information about specific product releases, and support Customer Success and Customer Service initiatives.
The role primarily involves working with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and various other tools.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong technical interest and understanding.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and execution.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly to stakeholders.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful paid campaigns, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience with data analysis and using marketing tools for performance optimization.
- At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.

Recruitment Process:
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, and the process is as follows:
- Online interview with the hiring manager.
- In-person interview with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner and the hiring manager, including a review of a personality test.
- Interview with the hiring manager and a colleague to discuss a case assignment.
- Final agreement on terms and contract signing.
