In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies across multiple channels and markets. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, product, and sales teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver real impact.
It’s important that you bring both courage and a data-driven mindset — we believe in making decisions based on facts and insights.
You will also have full ownership of our digital channels and our customers' self-service journey, driving performance-based goals that contribute directly to the company's success.
This is a managerial position with a strong hands-on element, offering both strategic influence and the opportunity to work directly with campaign execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Develop and execute actions for paid ads, website management, and SEO.
- Support business areas in communicating new product releases, enhancing customer engagement, and generating leads for the sales team.
- Design and manage campaigns tailored to our Ideal Customer Profiles, targeting both SMB and Enterprise customers across the Nordics.
Platform Management:
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Manage campaign budgets and strategic direction to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine performance based on data insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare reports and insights for management and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Generate leads and potential lead lists for sales, provide customers with information about specific product releases, and support Customer Success and Customer Service initiatives.
You will primarily work with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant marketing and reporting platforms.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong technical interest and understanding.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, including setting up workflows, measurement, and optimization.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly to stakeholders.
Experience & Education:
- At least 5 years of both hands-on and managerial experience within performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- A proven track record in executing successful paid campaigns, preferably within SaaS or the tech industry.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, including campaign setup, automation, and reporting.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field.
